I switched from Ozempic which had stopped showing weight loss or weight control. However controlled my T2DM. Zepbound definitely immediately started weight loss but has decreased my appetite so severely that I can barely eat or drink.

LDN about 6 months. Unsure if it has helped anything. Started it with Metformin and also extra oral supplents. But my condition has improved only minimally if at all. I do know that it doesn't make anything "worse". O could possibly say I'm more aware in the moment but that turns in to the same short term memory loss very soon and cognitive deficits remain. One extra side effect I would add is severe lack of appetite, distaste for food or anorexia (non psychological form).
