Jordan Vaughn’s Reviews

Patients Say

Positives

  • “Fixed my severe dizziness and hypoxia in 4 months; follow-up tweaks keep me symptom-free after reinfections.”

  • Partners report that Vaughn’s triple-anticoagulant “triple therapy” “definitely helped my wife”, giving her a markedly better quality of life when other doctors had run out of ideas.

  • A long-hauler said that after just four weeks on the protocol she could work a full week in the office with minimal brain-fog or fatigue.

  • Patients praise Vaughn’s “detective” approach—he spotted May-Thurner vein compression in one case, leading to stenting and extra functional gains.

  • Vaughn’s Microvascular Research Foundation claims that ~80 % of 1,500 Long-COVID patients show “significant symptom reduction.”

Negatives

  • Several posters felt pressured to wire $3,000 within a week for a six-month package and called the pay-up-front model “scammy.”

  • One user paid $750 for the micro-clot blood kit and was “completely ghosted” for weeks, describing chaotic communication and having to chase a refund.

  • A patient with grade-4 microclots said “I did not get better” after months on triple therapy despite the high cost.

  • Others report that the regimen reactivated viruses and “made my MCAS way worse,” leaving them sicker than before.

  • An anemic poster felt worsening fatigue and feared bleeding risks while on the cocktail.

  • Forum critics note the clinic’s microclot test “always comes back 3.5/4,” calling Vaughn a “quack” selling an unvalidated assay.

  • One detailed review said that if you’re still not improved by month 4-5, “therapy probably isn’t the answer” and progress tends to plateau.

  • Another reviewer concluded the programme was “pretty useless to me” despite hefty fees, echoing similar disappointment in a separate triple-therapy write-up.

  • Medical journalists warn that triple-anticoagulation carries significant bleeding risk and lacks controlled evidence in Long-COVID—raising safety concerns.Gavi

Dr Vaughn does not take insurance if you are out of state (not sure if you are in state). He has specialized in long covid and is willing to try things. He is the only person (to my knowledge) in the US with flourescent microscopy to assess microclots. If you have them, he prescribed triple therapy (three anti-coagulants at once). He knows a fair bit about supplements and MCAS. He will send you for extensive labs (what should be partly covered by your insurance if you have insurance). He did a very thorough lab work up on me, checking to see if I had various autoimmune conditions, EBV reactivation, HHV6 reactivation, genetic clotting disorders, lymphocyte counts, histamine levels, endothelial health markers, etc. He has seen many with long Covid and has a wealth of personal information. He has a few nurse practitioners – I think Katie is the best.
