I used 1/20 of a 7mg patch so really low. First two weeks I was improving. Better sleep, pots a lot better, brainfog a lot better. Then out of nowhere a crash. Never got back to the baseline before I started the patches and now everytime I try nicotine again I crash again

My hrv improved while I was on it but it was too short of an experience to have other positive effects. I experienced too many side effects so had to stop. Just felt way more tired more malaise and leg cramps
