Have had reactivated EBV for over a decade. It is estimated at least 30% of long covid folks have had their Epstein-Barr Virus reactivated. MonoLaurin is an anti-viral. You may have a reaction at first as virus attacked.

I did high doses, especially, initially when you’re trying to temp down on EBV titers. It usually takes months to see an effect
