Chronic Illnesses: Long COVID Dysautonomia POTS
Last appointment: Within the last 6 months

Of the 30+ doctors I have worked with over over 4 years of having long COVID, Dr. Lager is one of the only ones who has has any meaningful knowledge of it. He was the cardiologist for MedStar's long COVID program before they closed it, and it shows. He has not only been respectful and empathetic, but also understanding of the unique limitations of long COVID fatigue (ex. no telling me to "push myself"), and willing to do both tests and try different treatments. He has a very long wait list, but he is worth the wait if you can do it.
