I started seeing Steven Palmer, Dr. Purpura's colleague, in March 2026. Steven is retiring soon but Dr. Purpura will continue and he has a team of excellent assistants. They meet and review the cases and are extremely thorough and careful. I really appreciate the length of time they give in appointments, the depth of listening to the complex issues of this disease, and the meticulous and careful choices for treatment. I can't say enough great things about them, and recommend them very highly.
