Wonderful doctor who specializes in long-COVID

Chronic Illnesses: Long COVID Dysautonomia

Dr. Al-Hasan spent 1 1/2 hours with my husband and me at my first appointment, taking a very thorough history (of my 5 1/2 years with long-COVID!) and performing a neuro exam. He prescribed treatments for all the worst of my symptoms including dysautonomia, vertigo/dizziness, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and brain fog. One of his recommenda­tions was for stellate ganglion blocks which are available by another doctor at his office. I have been trying to get access to this procedure for some time! He even gave me nerve blocks for TMJ right then (to help with my vertigo). He believed everything I told him, listened with compassion, answered every question, and explained the rationale behind every treatment. I would highly recommend him.
