First 6 months you do some tests at home like NASA lean test and hand grip strength test After that they will start you on medication LDN, desloratadine (6mg), ketotifen (4mg), low dose sertraline (2mg) are a few that commonly prescribed Do look into Ruud Vermeulen (the one who does the contact but not the prescriptions) as there is a reason he isn't officially a dr anymore. Sadly out of all the options there is in the Netherlands this is the only realistic option for severe patients. I think they also take other clients from Europe
