Ruud Vermeulen has a sketchy past (he used to be a gynecologist but officially isn't a doctor anymore due to improper patient contact) however he is one of the few in the Netherlands that actually understand ME/CFs and also was one of the first to do virtual appointments with NASA lean test and handgrip test. He is limited in what he can prescribe due to the rules but he mainly prescribes ketotifen, LDN, desloratadine, LDA, ivabradine
