They technically didn't treat me, but they ordered tests and were by far the best doctor I went to for long COVID
I just want to say that—again—I did not receive treatment, but they were extremely empathetic, listened to everything I said and responded to everything I said, took me seriously, and ordered a bunch of tests. They said if they didn't find some particular thing or if they did (forgot which), they would refer me to the long COVID clinic. They were at Sanomed Medical Clinic, but it seems like they might not be there anymore because they always scheduled me with other people later on. Not sure if they practice somewhere else currently (and if so, I don't know where). My symptoms were brainfog, palpitations, laboured breathing, a need to move extremely slowly to avoid worse palpitations/laboured breathing, body-wide swelling that caused me to gain 15 pounds and eventually prevented me from wearing anything but one pair of loose boots, what felt like nerve pain and vascular pain, POTS-like stuff, seizures, inability to sleep lying down, inability to consume caffeine or eat very salty or sugary processed foods without symptoms worsening, dehydration, extremely bad headaches, etc.
